Bill has over 37 years’ experience in the financial services industry and is a graduate of Missouri State University.During his time with Hilliard Lyons, Bill earned the Chartered Wealth Advisor designation, which is awarded to advisors who have completed an extensive six-month program concerning the varied aspects of wealth management. Bill furthered his industry education by attending and graduating from the Securities Industry Institute at Wharton in 2002. Cole’s primary focus is to help clients build a financial roadmap that will define their outlook for the future, but organize it in a way to make it understandable. In 2019 Cole was honored by Forbes as a Top Next-Gen Wealth Advisor, a recognition reserved for talented advisors who represent the future of the wealth management industry.Cole earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Memphis, where he was a Division I baseball player, and acknowledges the role the sport played in building his work ethic and team mentality. Most of Cole’s time outside of the office is spent with his wife, Ellen, a former Miss Tennessee, and their daughter, Willa, who they adopted from China. He and his family are actively involved with First Baptist Church of Dyersburg, where he serves as a deacon and is also on the Finance Committee. Caroline earned her bachelor’s degree in finance from Mississippi State University and is now pursuing her Series 7 license. Her husband, Michael, owns a successful well-drilling business in the boot-heel of Missouri, where both of their families have strong agricultural roots.
